S’mores Cookie Dough Pie

A creamy no-bake chocolate cheesecake studded with s’mores cookie dough, topped with torched mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chunks, piled high with graham cracker, melty chocolate square and a giant torched marshmallow! Fun, a little messy, and always crowd-pleasing just like Buckets himself.

Ingredients

  1. (1) 10” Keebler® Ready-Crust® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  2. (1) 24.3 oz. tub no bake cheesecake filling
  3. (1) 8 oz. tub whipped topping
  4. ¼ cup cocoa powder
  5. 1/3 cup Nutella®
  6. 7 oz. prepared safe-to-eat smores cookie dough, crumbled
  7. 1 cup mini marshmallows
  8. ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  9. 1 graham cracker
  10. 1 large square milk chocolate bar
  11. 1 giant marshmallow 

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine cheesecake filling, whipped topping, cocoa powder, and Nutella. Add cookie dough crumbles and pour into graham shell and smooth out into an even, flat layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Top the pie with mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
  3. Garnish with a graham cracker half topped with large chocolate square and a giant marshmallow, crumble remaining graham cracker over top entire pie.
  4. Bonus: For an extra S’mores-like-touch, brown marshmallows with a kitchen torch, while being careful not to burn the surrounding pie.
