Classic graham cracker pie crust with layers of chocolate brownie filling, toasted mini marshmallows, pecans, dark chocolate sauce and E.L. Fudge® Original cookies.

Ingredients

  1. (1) 9" Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  2. 3 ½  cups prepared brownie mix
  3. 14 E.L. Fudge® Original cookies
  4. ¼ cup chopped pecans
  5. ¼ cup dark chocolate sauce
  6. ½ cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a 9" Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Cracker Pie Crust, place 3½ cups of prepared brownie mix, and smooth out to an even, flat layer. 
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes until baked through, remove from oven. 
  4. Top the pie with mini marshmallows, and torch them with a culinary torch, while being careful not to burn the surrounding pie. Then press cookies at an angle, elf-front-side-up, around the top of the pie, resting in between marshmallows. 
  5. Sprinkle the pie with the chopped pecan pieces. 
  6. Lightly drizzle the pie with dark chocolate sauce to finish.
