Five Minute Creamy Coconut Pie Recipe

This frozen, coconut pie tastes like no-bake cheesecake. Best of all you only need 5 minutes to make it.

  1. 1 Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crust
  2. 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  7. 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed


  1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and almond extract. Beat until combined. Gradually beat in milk until well mixed.
  2. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
