These cookie "books" feature a sweet marshmallow between the covers.

Keebler® Deluxe Grahams cookies
Food coloring (optional)
Canned vanilla frosting
1. For each book, flatten 1 of the marshmallows with the heel of your hand. Place between 2 KEEBLER Deluxe Grahams cookies. Spread about 1/4 teaspoon of the marshmallow créme on back of another cookie. Press cookie, marshmallow créme side in, against one long side of the cookie sandwich to form book binding. Place on plate. Repeat with remaining marshmallows, cookies and marshmallow créme.
2. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
3. Tint frosting, if desired. Use frosting to decorate each “book cover”.
