1. Coarsely chop KEEBLER COCONUT DREAMS cookies. Set aside.
2. In medium bowl cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Press 2 1/2 cups of the butter mixture onto bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Set remaining butter mixture aside.
3. Spoon small dollops of frosting over baked layer. Carefully spread into even layer. Sprinkle with cookie pieces. Stir milk into remaining butter mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls on top. Bake at 350° F about 30 minutes or until topping is slightly dry. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Run small spatula between cookie mixture and sides of pan to loosen sides.
4. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Cut into bars to serve.
