Crab and Artichoke Spread
No doubt about it--crab and artichokes have a real affinity. Here the two companions pair up with roasted red peppers, cream cheese and sour cream.

1 package (8 oz.)
reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
reduced-fat sour cream
seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
ground red pepper
cooked, lump crabmeat or 8 ounces imitation chunk-style crabmeat
1 can (14 oz.)
artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
chopped, roasted red peppers, drained

1. In medium bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, seafood seasoning and ground red pepper with wire whisk until combined.
2. If using lump crabmeat, remove any shell or cartilage. If using imitation crabmeat, finely chop. Fold crabmeat and artichoke hearts into cream cheese mixture.
3. Spoon crab mixture into serving dish. Garnish with red pepper. Serve with Town House Toppers crackers.
