Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches

Celebrate summer with your favorite flavor of ice cream pressed between two scrumptious Keebler® Soft Batch® Chocolate Chip cookies.

Ingredients

24 Keebler® Soft Batch® Chocolate Chip cookies (divided)
1 1/2 cups desired flavor ice cream, softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels or miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions

1. On tray place twelve of the KEEBLER SOFT BATCH Chocolate Chip cookies, bottom sides up. Top each with about 2 tablespoons of the ice cream. Place the remaining cookies, bottom sides down, on top, pressing lightly to make sandwiches.

2. Lightly press chocolate morsels into sides of sandwiches. Individually wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap. Cover and freeze at least 2 hours.
